Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the Shahin Exchange mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.


How to Request Account Deletion

To request account and data deletion, please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address or username used to register in the Shahin Exchange application so we can verify your identity.

Our support team will review and process valid requests within up to 30 days.


Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and completion of the deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • User account

  • Email address

  • Profile information

  • Application usage data


Data Retention

Shahin Exchange does not retain personal data after account deletion is completed, except where retention is required by applicable laws and regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements imposed by competent authorities.

Any data retained for legal or regulatory purposes will be securely stored and accessed only as required by law.
