How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to: info@shahinexchange.com
2. Email subject: Account Deletion Request
3. Include the email address or username used to register in the app

Our support team will process the request within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• User account
• Email address
• Profile information
• Application usage data

Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data after the account deletion request is completed.
